Spoiled by a tag team paddle with coach, Bob and goose. Put in at Kimberly and made our way to Heathcote. Stopped for a super tasty lunch (thanks Coach!) in the middle of the river. A lovely afternoon with excellent company. Thanks guys!

(A day of roses but the only thorn of the day was watching the threesome eat raisin butter tarts!) ;)

Arm routine. Was up anyway with baby poking and kicking. Not the gentle "how sweet, the baby's kicking" kind. This was like an attack for breakfast.

3 Stage with 2 the Core group. Cut it short and took the road back to the car. Trails are in stupid awesome shape!
