Planned to snowshoe. Drove to loree, forgot headlamps. Back home and changed planned to classic ski ungroomed from Camperdown. Quite the adventure bush whacking on skis. (I kept thinking if FB was to XC ski, then he'd be all over this.)

I was a chicken on the downhills but Bob had enough fun for the 2 of us.

Super fun morning with my oh so awesome partner, AdventureGirl!
AG! nailed the nav this morning and kept me honest while I sucked wind behind her. I've been really fortunate to race with super talented male navigators but to race with a lady that can rock the nav, blow snot rockets like a BOSS all while running strong is just top shelf. Way to go, AG! and thanks for the lovely day in the woods.

HIghlights of the race included: Endurance Tap with a side of pancakes, chitchatting with legit conversations while romping through the woods, peanutbutter M&M's and winning wine - legally.
