Colpoys Bay to Cape Croker via single, double and gravel roads. Trails are in mint shape - and for that reason, I was itching to be trail running.

More upstream paddling - I felt like a little rainbow trout trying to get upstream and through the currents.

Funny, strava doesn't account for the time spent struggling through the Rapids!

I will get up to Heathcote on Wednesday and I will get up the rapid at 13...mind you, ferrying across and paddling along the bank seemed just as hard!
