Trek (SilhouetteTrail) 19:36:00 [3] 76.0 km (15:28 / km)

Killarney with Team Spirit. Set out at about 1:30am after a minor delay on #69. Moose accident had the highway stopped. Set up camp and we were in our way. Trails and weather were perfect - May is definitely the best month to do this loop!

My teammates are awesome (and super funny). I recognize that I am very fortunate to race and learn from them. Lots of great takeaways from this training session. Made it back just before dark with big plans to drink some well deserved beer but I bailed.

I'm now home and I see that Bob has the inflatable kayak ready to go. No thank you.

Awesome training session which I think will serve us well in SA. Thanks guys!

Learned a new trick: ride on a male specific seat all winter long then come spring, you switch to a cozy lady specific seat. You feel like you're riding with a donut under your bum. Honest.
