-legs felt great, pace will hopefully adhere to distance as it gets longer. I suppose that's the point of these workouts
-Rail trail is pretty much clear...give or take a few patchy spots

Focus:

Pose Running drills - interesting concepts tonight. I'm not sure after 15 years I'm going to change my gait but it's certainly helpful!

Dump run in Burlington, I'm making a bold statement and thinking spring is here...in Burlington at least :) Legs felt much better this morning even with a decent climb.
