skate ski 1:30:00 [3]

This is logged as a 3 because I've never quite felt the burn like this. I feel parts of my body today that I didn't know existed. I'm in love.

First time out, kept my balance. I did do the splits in front of the U of T Varsity Nordic team - no big deal.
4 PM

Road run 1:00:00 [3] 11.5 km (5:13 / km)

- gravel rail trail (getting there), some road, a very nervous run - poor ankley :(
- one good climb (beat by the baby jogger), awesome company

- flat road riding - considering a comeback.
- minor flat delay but after a third attempt, a sweet(ish) lady helped us with a patch. The spare had a hole :(

kayaking 2:30:00 [2] 18.0 km (7.2 kph)

Incredible paddle through Everglades National Park. Second time kayaking - Not bad. I believe it started like this "Bobby are you out of your fucking mind?"
I managed to get through the day with only 3 minor panic attacks :) The first was from a friendly manatee, the second was a school of fish that jumped in front of the boat and at one point when I realized we were in the middle of the ocean. After a couple fbombs and some serious coaching, I was fine. The eerie mangroves and amazing wildlife were totally worth the worries!

core (Stand up Paddle boarding) 2:00:00 [3]

SUPPING on Captiva Island! Wooohooo
Stood until the end and then I did a face plant :)
It's only a 3 because I've never worked my core/arms so hard!
