- Copeland Forest, perfect weather for the end of Novmember, I just failed to check the weather outside of my Burlington bubble.
- Trail run: legs felt good after biking, weird nagging knee.
- didn't encounter any hunters either - it was obv. my awesome RTH hat.

- damn these girls can run!
- Training the grade 6 girls for the Santa Jingle and I'm not sure if I have a sub 20 in me - I'm simply contributing this to time management, who has time to get to the track anymore?!?

- trail run through Bronte Creek (finally had some company)!
- less then 8 km, no gps
-Small portion of the trails but stuck mainly to gravel roads as it was getting dark
-only one wipe out
-sore shines but NOT shine splints...?
