Warm up on the rower (holy smokes, I love that machine!)

3x10minutes @Z3 w/ 5 minutes recovery between each 'hill'. I found this workout tough from yesterdays strength. Might have to change days or HTFU?

I always hate when Bob says the ‘B word’ when planning my training but it’s time to get this party started. 2 months of building BASE. The postnatal binge running was fun while it lasted but the only numbers I’m looking at until January are 115-135. I will be looking oh so forward to Wednesday’s for hill training.

I gave up my 5:30 window and opportunity to run outside for sleep so treadmill it was. Hank was a champ while I ran up tempo with a 4 minute pyramid for added discomfort.

Who knew I’d still *want* to do this post baby. Up the Peaks with Hank, Kelly and Baby Andre. Loop around the top and back down. A little too slick for my comfort with a wee one.
