Went in a round about way to meet Mrs. Nosnhoj for a trail run at Osler. I felt awful on this ride.
Clarksburg, 21aideroad, Loree, Banks, Senic Caves rd, Poplar. Mr. Nosnhoj kindly stashed my bike while we ran.
