Made a mistake for the first control and saw the other competitor. Tried to run gap maybe four or five times. Thel ast one already succeed and I found the control but I felt and hurted my knee. So I thought that it would be smarter to give up before I hurt myself more badly. So I did just jogg the rest of the track. The knee should and will be OK in 10mila. Bigger problem might be my nail which I hurted in December. Hopefully it won't come of before finishing 10mila.
