CSC qualifier, on the Wrekin which is a really really really steep hill (in the midlands!), very slow going up because it was so steep, slow contouring because its steep and grotty, slow going down trying not to fall and die, ran fast on the rare occassion I was on a path so basically it was slow, also I didn't want to push very hard as I still have a cold, technically it was fine, spiked all except 1 control, losing about 30 secs.

won green women by about 12 mins, fastest splits to 11/13 controls, OD comfortably through to final

4 sets of - 1 lap round lake (just over 500m), short 20m easy jog to bottom of hill, hard up hill to the 7th lamp post (about 150m), jog down recovery, 300m hard on the flat, jog recovery back to start.
10 min jog and drills to warm up and 10 min jog to warm down
