British relays (women's short - 2nd leg) - 1st
sophie came back in first so I went out in the lead but I didn't know how far behind the next team was, made 2 small errors, about 30 secs each (very similar to sophie's mistakes) but didn't see anyone on the same relay, handed over in first to lesley ross and we won by 7 minutes :) if you can't win the individual, win the relay :p

lost little bits of time at various controls and main mistake was number 8, lost about 1:30 there, didn't think it was that bad a run and was hoping to make podium but sadly not :( enjoyed the course though
