JK relay - women's short (1st leg)
easy, no mistakes, came back in 3rd behind an irish w21 and katie reynolds, gave it everything I had on the run-in which isn't any use unless your next leg is actually ready to start...
team came 3rd behind the jones' and wcoc (didn't expect to beat those teams) so I got another buff ;)

JK day 3
made a 4 minute mistake to number 1 which wasn't a good start, followed the wrong veg boundary and was very confused, took me ages to relocate :/ rest was pretty good, just a few tiny errors towards the end because I was rushing, felt like I'd had a bad run but turns out everyone made mistakes (most worse than mine) so I came 5th (3rd british) :)
3rd over all behind the norwegian and sarah so very happy with that :D

got some new orienteering shoes yesterday as my swoops are currently being held together by shoe goo, gutted that they dont make swoops any more :(

JK day 2
tried to forget about yesterday and focus on the race and I had a mostly good run, messed up number 5 as I was too far to the left and relocated off the stream, only made a couple of other tiny mistakes, terrain was very physical and my legs were really tired towards the end but I kept pushing, came 2nd to a norweigan :D

JK sprint
out of 20 controls 19 were perfect and 1 was terrible... at the end of the part in the housing estate I was running faster than I could navigate and stopped too early, faffed around for ages and lost 1:30 which cost me the race :/ came 8th
