Made up later on in the day with about 110 pushups

Orienteering long 1:27:11 [3] 8.7 km (10:01 / km)

Really tired and my stomach was ultra upset.
Went out on the course with the " I just want to race clean today" attitude and it pretty much payed off. I can't say I made too many errors, so I am satisfied. I just ran kinda slow since I was feeling groggy.

Orienteering race 51:01 [3] 5.1 km (10:00 / km)

Middle Distance Course, feeling pretty good throughout the course. Made a few hiccups here and there while I was getting used to the terrain. I went pretty slow to my first point in order to get out of the Sprint mindset from the day before. Not outstanding, but not my worst. Overall I am pretty pleased with what I did out there.

Orienteering 14:30 [3] 2.8 km (5:11 / km)

First sprint, went better than I thought it did. Wasn't reading ahead near the end when I was getting a little tired, but I managed an okay time.

Orienteering 20:12 [3] 3.1 km (6:31 / km)

Sprint #2, did alot better this time. read ahead more, and pushed myself a little bit harder. Nothing special though, still getting crushed by the competition.

Went out to the woods to get in some wood time before the weekend race. Did MAJ Campbell's training, and got my shoes muddy. ugh.

Today was a Tempo run at 90% race pace, but for me it was a recovery day. Decided to run with Ruben, and he walked some, so I just went along with it. Didn't want to roll an ankle going up the MP trail. Nice run, got me all sweaty, so it wasn't a waste of time.
