Low intensity (6/7) rising intervals on the cross trainer. Don't want to overdo it after Sunday's trouble again

Just seeing how many situps I can do... 113! New PB :-)... Slightly cheating as had my arms by my side though, will need to work on that

Cycling my awful old bike to Hackney Central to get the Overground to Hampstead Heath

Attempted run around on the Permanent Orienteering Course on Hampstead Heath. Started quite alright, and definately enjoyable, but my knee started hurting every so slightly so I called it quits.

Walked back to Gospel Oak to get the Overground

Cycling (Home) 10:30 [3] 2.73 km (3:51 / km)

back home from Hackney Central... more direct route

Not feeling it this morning after drinks til 1am last night. Tried some bursts anyway. Mainly intensity 4 with occasional (standing) bursts of 30seconds at intensity 15. Not for long though
