Running warm up/down 10:00 [1]

Orienteering 52:04 [4] 5.84 km (8:55 / km) +92m 8:16 / km
shoes: Blue swoops (new)

Tankersley Middle. Managed to run more but was very tentative because it was very muddy and didn't want to slip and twist my knee again. Didn't make any mistakes, was really good to be running and orienteering properly. Good fun, hopefully my knee will get better soon.

Jogging to the start and some drills, knee was feeling very sore at points. Could have been because of my foot (same leg).

British Night Championships - Tankersley.
Took it fairly easy the whole way, couldn't run for very long on the paths without my knee being very sore and had to walk quite a lot. Technically was good though. Lost about 3 mins on 3, got confused and went up a path that wasn't a path. Also lost time on 19, was in a vaguer bit and just missed the control. The rest of the time, when I had to walk, practiced compass in the dark and it went well. Enjoyed the course, just frustrated I couldn't run as much as I wanted.

Short training run. Wiggled through the streets right then left etc. Thought it would be a good idea to run in my insoles because it was a short run but it was not... Foot was very very sore for about 3 days.
