Jogging to the start and some drills, knee was feeling very sore at points. Could have been because of my foot (same leg).

British Night Championships - Tankersley.
Took it fairly easy the whole way, couldn't run for very long on the paths without my knee being very sore and had to walk quite a lot. Technically was good though. Lost about 3 mins on 3, got confused and went up a path that wasn't a path. Also lost time on 19, was in a vaguer bit and just missed the control. The rest of the time, when I had to walk, practiced compass in the dark and it went well. Enjoyed the course, just frustrated I couldn't run as much as I wanted.
