Long compass legs with blank map. Went really well, hit them all very cleanly except was slightly off on the second one. Was a bit distracted because I fell just after the first one and twisted my knee which was quite painful, decided to carry on though.

Missed out the final controls on the full map and just jogged back. Partly because I didn't want to do too much and partly because of my knee. It was a really nice day in a lovely forest :) Jogged for 1km then walked for 2 mins.
