A decent run.
7 and 36 lost about 30s each.
Main accomplishment was that I didn’t bonk!
Blisters galore.

Slowish start, sped up upon catching Nathan and then we were just battling away to the circles and not really hitting anything cleanly. Lost 60s by left route choice to 16

Mostly non optimal routes but moving quite well.

Easy in Stoke Park with some strides. Going to be a sweaty weekend.
The most important prep this week for me was to eat loads of pasta which I have done. I will not bonk in the Long.
