had a work "volunteer" event that kept me late. I thought I may not get to work out at all. Fortunately my wife is understanding so after dinner she went to watch TV (not my favorite activity) and let me go train.
I have some foot soreness from the run (slog) yesterday but that's to be expected in the early days.
Tomorrow is lots of biking day.
Wednesday is off to host friends for dinner.
Thursday is kind of up in the air, may just do 30 minutes of running in the park.
Friday will probably be a gym day.
Saturday definitely will have a gym component
Sunday I may try swimming in the lake. I haven't swum in earnest in years.
