Event: Weston Ski-o

orienteering (ski orienteerign - weston) 26:35 [3] 6.5 km (4:05 / km)

Fun race. Last time I did ski-o was more than 2 years ago. I usually don' t do it because I don't find much technical effort in it, but this was an exception because Katia and I wanted to see how skiing in Weston look like.

Thanks to the organizers to set it up.

Could do better if:
- had longer skies (I usually have 200cm, the rental had only 190) and better shoes (rental one were not stiff enough)
- my elbow didn't hurt
- had a map holder (I hold the map in my hand)
- pinned the SI chip to the glove (avoiding keeping a eye on it all the time)
- had more food (had breakfast at 8 and run at 3pm, almost starving)
