Super nice day for some training at GFMD set by Greg L. Nice forest, all the grass is dead for the winter. Moderate effort just enjoying the terrain, but I did push it up one hill near the end to see how I would feel (fine). Full size control flags even.

Matthew Henson trail and state park. This was fun, undulating and nice pavement, though some very long sections of boardwalk. At least the boards were tight. I thought it might get busy this late but maybe all the runner types were chasing turkeys.
