Red course. Not running so fast since I didn't want to fall on my shoulder, but also not feeling super fit up the hills. My only computed time lost was talking to Samantha and trying to tiptoe across the creek.

Samantha did orange. I saw her out there like 5 times, the first time she was way off looking for her #1, so I showed her where we were. She did fine otherwise, got kind of lost one other time without freaking out.

Tried "track" mode again, still not working well. Slightly busy at the track, so I set it for running in lane 5, and did that the whole time. The map looks mostly nice, but it the speed is oddly weird and then it stopped counting distance altogether about halfway through. Luckily I had added a regular "pace" field to the display since last time, and that still worked.

Easy workout was 3x7mins @7:30.
