Yellow with Samantha. It was an easy course, and she didn't have any problems. Also she got contacts this week and can suddenly see distant things, including orange and white things.

Brown course. It was hot and the woods were a bit thick with branches and occupied spider webs. Lots of ducking under stuff is not great for my back. Good to be out though.
