inspired by JF to see exactly how out-of-shape I am. I thought maybe I should aim for like 78 per lap, although without having done any speedwork, I sortof forgot what that felt like. anyways, not bad for low mileage, zero speedwork, poor sleep, etc. the track was oddly marked, it's possible I actually ran 1600. by myself, although otherwise the track conditions were pretty good. didn't have to dodge anyone in the inside lane. very nice weather.
