video/map. better than expected. knee didn't hurt, I didn't feel way out of shape (though not in good shape), and I mostly navigated well. missed the first one slightly but that was it. a few seconds lost before 12 looking for dropped SI stick. I was a little frazzled after that but made an effort to get refocused right away.
