off the bike again. this time on a rocky down hill. left hand 2 fingers sore. x rays tomorrow.
broken - needed surgery to repair a bone chip. will never be the same again.
so never really will recover - but lets call it recovered
slower on the narley down bits - especially in a team where you will just have to wait for them at the bottom...
