Grade: 3

so last nght i was cycling from islington to waterloo, when i hit a pedestrian who stepped out in front of me from nowhere.

can't remember where this happened, what the dude looked like - all i can remember is he was okay and apologising, and two people helping me up.

i was definitely in shock. i remember not being abe to talk, just getting back on my bke and riding off, and then about 3 minutes later realising i was lost and disorientated (in a part of town that i know really well). stopped and found my location using iphone, and then i can't remember actually how i got to waterloo station, but i do remember buying a coffee and getting on the train.

went to A+E when i got to Bournemouth (4hr wait...) - nothing broken fortunately, just heavy bruising and abrasions on:

both wrists
both palms
both knees
right elbow
right shoulder
right side of head (thankyou helmet)

no training today, and i think press ups will be out for a week or so. infuriaing, but hey - at least the bike is okay!
