Pain at bone on left side of hip after runs. Sore a few inches below hip on outside of thigh while running. IT band? Bursitis?
Took a week off running, and it wasn't any better. So took another two weeks off, and it seems better. Three runs this week, including 1:15 run yesterday, and it seems better. Started doing a lot of hip mobility exercises and spent a fair bit of time riding bike.
