R Head/Neck, Neck Pain

sore neck RH side, unsure why? combination of falling a couple of weeks ago, climbing hard last week, racing and driving at the weekend. Making me feel a bit ill. Seems to be coming from my back although it is only my neck that hurts when sitting still. A bath helped. Miles of driving and 4 races in 4 days won't I suspect!!
no idea why I got this pain but it felt better after the JK sprint bizarrely
