I pulled lower leg muscle. I was on a score-o course and my foot slipped forward off a wet log and I fell forward to the ground. As my foot slipped off the front of the log it straightened at the ankle and my knee turned sharply clockwise. I could feel something pull on the outside of my left leg about 4 inches down the leg. When I got home there was a slight swelling at the point where I felt the pull. So far using RICE without the R. I did cut back a little but really can't take the time to rest properly.
