L Knee, Impact wound / trauma

I say the grade is 3, but that's only because right when I hit it it hurt quite a lot. As for cause of injury, I banged my left knee on a rock really hard while racing (orienteering) at Catalina SP. Limping back wasn't bad at all thought so it isn't that horrible.
Good rest and stationary biking helped a lot.
