Puncture wound of my sole. Landed on a metal spike of some description and it went through my shoe and into my foot. Straight to hospital to have it cleaned a get a tetanus jab, but it has stayed sore to run on for a long time...
Kept running on it and it got better and better despite significant discomfort. Used a golf ball to massage it quite a bit as well.
