Other part of hockey injury seems to be hanging around longer - thought it was OK until I was running on it on 1/28, which caused it to swell up.
Ice and Vitamin I did the trick. It did not seem that avioding running sped recovery, but I should not have gotten back on skates after the injury, until it was 100%. Also, treadmill running seemed to be much less irritating than road or terrain, and I probably should have done more of that throughout the recovery period.
