Contusion of outer right thigh from just above knee to mid thigh.
Caused by fall on rocks, knee also feeling a bit dodgy
Not 100% just yet but getting into things again, so close enough to fixed :-)
Wisdom to impart? Yeah, don't fall over on rocks...
