R Torso, Lower Back Pain

Happened skiing, rather quickly. Cannot twist from side to side, hurts sleeping, sitting, walking, pretty much any movement. Shooting pain on right side of my back, anywhere from the spine over.
Slowly went away, went to chiro which helped and recovered over time.
