I rolled my right ankle while playing in a volleyball tournament with Courtney, Jimmy, Sara and Richie.
This is the worst ankle sprain I have ever had. Both sides of my ankle (primarily the outside) are swollen.
I cannot put all of my weight on the ankle without great discomfort.
My ankle is still weak, but it does not slow me in day to day activities. I hope that by getting back into a regular workout routine that I can strengthen my ankle back to where it once was.
