Lower Leg, Shin Splints

Really tight calf and shin muscles. Painful when running and then really achy when I stop. I think the extra touch game and training on hard sports grounds are the problem. Was playing in old shoes which hasn't helped, so will need to upgrade soon. Maybe Physio too?

Tore ACL so the one positive is that it has given my shins a chance to recover.. they will get an additional 12 months to recover now also.
