Shattered radius in right wrist on 11Sept09. Had surgery on 17Sept09 to place titanium plate and ten screws to reallign multiple fractures in top 3 inches of radius. Cast removed on 29Oct09 . Bone knitting well and bone allignment looks good. Started PT on 30Oct09. Wrist flexion is very poor. Second PT on 3Nov09. Wrist flexion has already improved significantly. Seventh PT appointment on 23Nov09. Wrist flexion is at 80% of normal range! Two more weeks until I return to the surgeon for hopefully my final checkup.
