strained ligament in left ankle that refuses to recover
injury happened orienteering on open mountain 11th oct, kept running on it until thursday, then left it a week and a half ( except for soccer trainiig and a match.. against n.college,we won!!!) . still wont recover so decided to just continue running on it and hope it doesnt get worse!!
