Started to feel this - probably due to insufficient warm-up - when I was running with Anders in Mellsta. The inside of my left calf is hurting and hard to get at with stretching, which usually helps. Also felt a light strain in the low right calf + some knee pain...
Maybe it´s over for now. I still feel a little soreness, but I think extensive stretching may help - just as it did before in the spring.
