I split this part up, cause it seemed there were two things that happened at the same day.
ca Day 50 - orienteering on almost full speed, was very focussed not to miss a step; helped me with my O-technique
ca Day 60 - it goes up and down, I do train but far from normal
ca Day 120 - I thought it was going away, but now it's back during training and I slightly feel it in ADL
Day 154 - Went to the doctor, made pictures. Not so much outcome.
Day 168 - Have seen a specialist, he thought it is an inflammation of a soft string. Advised me ice, exercises and insoles.
It took a long time to recognise the problem, visiting the physio was the best thing to do with this one
