Lower Leg, Shin Splints

In top third of shin, on the inside.
Ran for 50min (20min too much) and ran on mostly grass with some road and footpath.
I think that the run was too much of an increase on the previous run. Also, the running in the orienteering has been longer than my current runs and the intensity has been pretty high too.
Treatment: ease of and heal the shins. Limit running to LSD within 10% of previous run.

Increased time too much from previous week.
