Bursitis.
Again an inflamination at my right knee. The same problem than 2 months ago.
I got a 2nd cortisone injection in my knee. The pain disappeared for some days, but it came back pretty fast.
R: I have to start strength training my M. quadriceps - Vastus medialis.
Rest.
And i should start training my vastus medialis and practising more alternative sports.
