Less than year old puncture protected Continental front tyre exploded at first tight corner when I was on my way to Sipoo. My speed was "adequate". My helmet cracked and I needed several stitches in two layers on my elbow. Also tetanus-vaccination and antibiotics were needed. I got wounds throug my whole right side, from ankle & knee to elbow-shoulder and both wrists. Luckily I avoided fractures.
Stitches off 4.6., wound still infected and full of shit, wich results in tiredness and being unable to exercise, need more rest.
