R Torso, Lower Back Pain

I must have originally twisted my back, but I didn't realise that the recurrent back pains I was getting were related to that. It turns out the muscles and ligaments in my back have not grown properly, especially on the right side. This is because two of the joints on the ride hand side of my spine have fused together, meaning that when I run the muscle goes into spasm and feels pretty tight and then it's even worse for a few days after. As a result of this, other muscles in my back have also grown weirdly, like in my lower left back area. Usually, the longer I run for and the more tired I am, the more my back hurts due to the increased pressure on it.
