This is new. The muscles around the hip including the hip flexor and the IT band are really tight. The hamstring is also rather tight. I'm not a doctor but it almost feels like the hip itself is out of place. It seems to be affecting the knee or the knee is affecting it I'm not sure. Decreasing mileage because of it and I'll try to have mom look at it this weekend. Stretching seems to help. Maybe I just need to take it easy and stretch a lot. Give it time. (something I hate doing)
