Head/Neck, Neck Pain

Started with Migraine on wed, then missed work thurs and fri as unable to do anything. Pain in neck ad head on standing/sitting/lying!
Thurs night...feverish and back achey. no muscle ache in arms or legs.
Fri....very cold
Sat...ok, still got headache and neck pain on standing
Sun...ok
Mon-fri...Physio, tight spinal cord. unable to do slump test and very irritable. Allergic reaction to tape used to support shoulders. not sleeping wed and thurs!
ok after that, but still getting stiff neck.
