R Torso, Lower Back Pain

Back was tender after cycling class. Spent a good portion of the class in aero position. Was unable to run after. Got worse as it tightened up later. To back muscle relaxants. Possible causes, tweaked lower back in core class, was cross checked into net at hockey, was keeping right heel down in cycling class. My right side is definitely tighter than my left and may have been an accumulative effect.

Just rested and had an easy week.
