weird flashing lights (aura?) and then mild-ish headache that lasted 2 days
slight headache in the am but then the lights came in the evening after jogging home from work in the cold and getting into a hot bath.
migraine? hope not, maybe avoid stressful days at work followed by extreme temperature changes?
