Knee sore from AR Sunday - nothing major, just inflamed. Keep taking inflamitories and wait for doc. to evaluate on Thursday. Giving out periodically and can not lock back. Sure Dr. J will give more PT which is fine with me since it is going to start being cold outside.

Rousseau called me said doc looked at images, no abnormal damage. (great thing about living in a small town and having friends in the medical field) Will go see Dr. J on Thursday.
